These Terms apply specifically to the Stellar - Daily Affirmations app ("Stellar") and supplement our general Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, these app-specific terms take precedence for your use of Stellar.
Stellar is a personal growth app offering daily affirmations, a vision board, a 369 method journal, and streak tracking. It is designed for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Stellar. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Stellar offers the following subscription options:
Prices are in USD, may vary by region, and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the app before purchase.
A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. The trial gives you full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Affirmations and content provided in Stellar are for personal growth and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Journal entries, vision board images, custom affirmations, and other content you create in Stellar belong to you. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your user-generated content. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Since all user content is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover your data if you:
We strongly recommend using iOS device backups (iCloud or local) to protect your data. Camm Studios is not liable for any data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camm Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Stellar, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Stellar in the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Stellar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
